(1) If the licensee does not operate the telecommunication service within the period specified in the license, the authority may revoke such license.
(2) If the permit holder does any work contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act and the conditions mentioned in the permit, the authority may order the permit holder to correct such work, including a fixed period.
(3) If the person who received the permit does not make improvements within the specified period according to sub-section (2), the authority may revoke the permit obtained by such person.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) or (3), before the license is revoked, the relevant licensee shall be given a reasonable opportunity to present his/her explanation.
(5) A person who is not satisfied with the cancellation of the permit by the authority according to sub-section (3) can file a complaint before the Government of Nepal within 35 days and the decision of the Government of Nepal in such a complaint will be final.
